Or when you come for a tour, Rebecca will take your insurance information, and contact your insurance company. If we are not in network with your insurance carrier we will appeal for "in-network" coverage, and we usually succeed, because we are the only free standing birthing center in Seminole County. Rebecca will call you once she confirms your coverage. She can usually process your request within 1-2 working weeks.
Thank you for your interest in our midwifery services. We know that one of the first things you are going to want to know about is your payment options!  We have several options available to you.
Payment Options...
"Pay As You Grow" Payment Plan for Self Pay Patients:
Our fee for care includes an initial registration fee of $200, all prenatal visits, your Pampered Mama Spa Day, a midwife(s) and doula/assistant during labor & delivery, and your stay in the Birth Center after the birth (typically 4-6 hours), all related birth supplies, and 3 subsequent postpartum visits. Also included is the initial newborn exam and care, vitamin K injection, erythromycin eye ointment (optional) and filing of the birth certificate/social security number for the baby.

We offer payment plans or a one time payment offered at the initial office visit (consults are free) and offer a cash discount of $200.00.

Not included in our fee: Ultrasound, Childbirth Classes, and lab work.

Medicaid:
We understand times are tough and many people are losing their healthcare benefits. We are proud to be a Florida Medicaid provider.  Medicaid pays your total fee for care at the birth center.
