Want more information on what your insurance company will cover? Call Karin at 407-322-9599, our in-house professional billing specialist. Karin is experienced with insurance coverage of midwives and birthing centers. We will be happy to verify benefits for you. Or when you come for a tour, Karin will take your insurance information, and contact your insurance company. If we are not in network with your insurance carrier we will appeal for "in-network" coverage, and we usually succeed, because we are the only free standing birthing center in Seminole County. Karin will call you once she confirms your coverage. She can usually process your request within 1-2 working days.
Thank you for your interest in our midwifery services. We know that one of the first things you are going to want to know about is your payment options! We have several options available to you.
The total fee for our services includes:
- Complete & Comprehensive prenatal care
- Wellness & Nutritional Counselling
- Pampered Mama Spa Day (with our Premium Package)
- Labor, Delivery and Immediate Postpartum Care
- Birth Certificate and Social Security filing
Patients without insurance can make payments throughout their pregnancy as long as the payments are completed by 36 weeks. We offer a discount price if you pay the full fee at your first initial visit (not the consult appointment).
Please feel free to call Karin, our insurance coordinator on her line at 407-322-9955 to discuss these options!
