A little about Jessica:
After caring for her father as he lost a lengthy battle with emphysema, Jessica Long began her quest for more knowledge regarding the relationship between our food and our health. After studying nutrition for several years, she discovered that improved nutrition enhanced her life in many ways.
As the finisher of eight marathons and a two-time Ironman triathlete, Jessica has experienced first-hand the tremendous impact that good nutrition has on physical performance. Most recently, she has seen the effects of excellent nutrition on pregnancy, birth and family health. She is the proud mother of four-year-old Noah and one-year-old Ava – neither of whom has ever needed a sick visit with a doctor! She now shares her passion with others by providing health education to Central Florida families.
Our next Materni-Tea Party will be held on Friday May 30 at 12:00, and will feature Guest Speaker Jessica Long, speaking about the importance of good nutrition and JuicePlus during pregnancy!
